Staying Afloat When the Water Gets Rough
We're living in a time of unprecedented change. The ability to handle stress (Resilience, Adaptability) has become a survival skill in today's world. This presentation addresses three questions: What will increase your comfort with change? What would make change easier for you? What tools will you need to handle change? It focuses on both thinking strategies and action strategies to increase your change mastery skill-set.

Does Anyone Know What's Going On Here?
One problem in dealing with change is the feeling that changes are happening without rhyme or reason and it's hard to get enthusiastic about them. This presentation addresses questions of why change is happening, but more important, what we can do to handle it.

Embracing Change
Change is difficult and stressful for most people. Our first reaction is often to resist change when it's announced or imposed on us. Change masters and resilient people learn how to embrace change rather than resist it. This presentation explores ways we can move our response to change in a more positive direction.

Some Call It Change - Let's Call It Progress
Not all change produces progress - but progress is impossible without change. One way to handle change is to look at the benefits - e.g. improves deficiencies, new learning, stimulation, opportunity and challenge.
