On June 15, 2000 Dr. David Posen took on the nom de plume "doc.calm" for a new column on the Internet. Each week for a year David wrote about stress and lifestyle management in the same conversational, practical and entertaining style that have made both his books national bestsellers. The columns appeared in the health section of canoe.ca, an on-line newspaper which is one of Canada's biggest, most-visited websites. His columns were so popular that six weeks after the last article was posted, he was still receiving more than 2,000 hits a week.
